Mayonnaise with the Scotts, 2015 ~ Orl♪ans, Ontario
1 cup fresh basil, blanched (10 seconds in boiling water then in ice water)
2 egg yolks
3 cloves of garlic
2 Tablespoon lemon
3/4 teaspoon salt
Pepper
1 1/2 cups extra virgin olive oil.
Hand immersion blender, let it go~!
